Order Processing

All orders will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours following the customer’s completion of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that this timeframe may vary during peak periods.

Shipping

We only ship to Canada and the United States. Additionally, no deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for any order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and destination of the order.

Please note that customers may be required to pay customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Timeframes

The delivery time of the order varies depending on the purchased products and their availability. Most orders are shipped within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the order is processed.

Refunds and Returns

As all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases provided by the Consumer Protection Act. All products are final sale.

Please note that you are responsible for the chosen colors, logos, names, and photos provided. The quality of the documents will affect the print quality. No refund will be issued if this information is incorrect or if the document quality is insufficient.

In the event of a product defect, please email us with details of the defect and your order number. However, please note that no refund or exchange will be made in the case of a defect resulting from the information and/or images, logos, or illustrations provided by the customer.
